Can I rent a bike in the Bahamas?
Unfortunately there are no bike rental facilities locally. Your best option is to pack your bike in a smaller, wheeled hard case (we can recommend the Trico Iron Bike Case – actually a hard plastic case – available for less than $300 on Amazon).
Additionally, it is highly advised that you contact your airline ahead of time to confirm their ability to accept bikes. Continental Airlines has assured the Ride for Hope organizers that bikes in carry cases are accepted, but it is wise to reconfirm this ahead of time.
